EXODIA Academy follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). Development data is private by default and shared only with the player, their family and authorised coaches.
Consents you control
Guardians set these when they join, and can change them any time in the Passport.
Participation
Taking part in training, assessments and Academy events.
Photo & marketing
Using photos of your child on the website and social media. Off by default.
Technical video
Recording training for coaching feedback. Never published.
Health-related recommendations
Recording that a coach recommended a program such as nutrition or physiotherapy. No medical details are stored.
Public profile
Hidden, Basic or Basic + Highlights. Hidden is the default for every player under 18.
Never public
Whatever the profile setting, these stay private.

Corrections
Families can request a correction to name, date of birth, contact details or photo from the Passport. Levels and scores are coaching decisions and follow the quarterly review.
